I have received high quality treatment and courteous service from everyone at this medical centre from day 1, from the friendly receptionists to the dedicated doctors, nurses and pathologists. My regular GP, Dr Erica Danieletto, has been proactive and caring for me since my first visit, while occasions where I've been attended by other GPs or nurses here have always been just as professional and compassionate. I am so grateful to have found this medical centre; thank you all.

As a visitor from the UK, I was astounded by the service given to me. I called and was given an appointment the same day, saw a knowledgeable and senior doctor and was prescribed appropriate drugs for a rather complicated condition that I have. Excellent health Centre.

I am satisfied with the service provided by the practitioner, but I do not like using Hot Docs because it will cancel your appointment if you don't confirm your appointment quickly and it requires a deposit that far exceeds the cost of previous appointments, including the one I had today. I paid for todays appointment over the phone following my video consultation.

My 3-year-old went to see one of the doctors at Harold Park Medical Centre and was misdiagnosed without any test results and also they prescribed us the wrong medication which caused my 3yr old to suffer from pneumonia. The misdiagnosis was confirmed by Sydney Children's Hospital. However, I called and told their office manager what happened and requested a consultation fee refund, the manager at the beginning said no then she agreed to give us the refund. Instead of giving an apology she said the doctor no longer will see my 3-year-old in the future. Of course, we won’t come back, don't you worry, because of this unprofessional service, we will tell everyone not to come to Harold Park Medical Centre from now on.
