Before enrolling in the Ayurveda Alchemist Program, I had already unknowingly embarked on a self discovery/philosophy of life journey. I had a passion to want to be of service to the emerging generation somehow but couldn’t quite put my finger on how to get there or what to do.

I first met Harmony in person at a Panchakarma retreat in Bali.
