Simone is exceptionally good at her job. I had 10 sessions over 2 months as I was lucky enough to be able to do it. Unpacked 50 years of issues that needed attention. I have tried many therapist but never felt really comfortable and like they were giving me the right direction and tools. We did lots of talk therapy and EMDR.

I have a really good understanding about my behaviours and how to have a more fulfilling existence in all types of relationships and scenarios.

Highly recommend.

Will continue to do more work going forward for my mental health.

Simone has a very professional and warm manner. She made me feel at ease from my first session. I had been smoking for over 40 years, had my first session, and haven't smoked since. I would recommend Simone as a healer for a wide range of life's issues. She just simply seems to "get it" and helps you work through it. She certainly is a hero of mine now.
