I bought my mum a session for mother's Day, we had had a stressful morning, it was brilliant,we both feel asleep! 😂
I could feel the energy as soon as I entered the room it was amazing. The staff/owners are so nice very understanding (we were a little late) they weren't upset and even gave us the extra time we missed. Highly recommended.. thanks Dennis and Jo.......xx

During our recent attempted visit to Harmonics Hub, I found the parking situation to be less than ideal, which arguably detracts from the establishment's intent to provide a stress-free environment. Furthermore, the interaction with the staff left a lasting impression – and not for reasons one might hope when seeking relaxation services. One staff member (or perhaps the proprietor), in particular, seemed to prioritise parking logistics over customer care by insisting my partner move her car, which was quite the opposite of the harmonious experience we were anticipating.

In an interesting turn of events, I was just approached by someone associated with Harmonics Hub – possibly the proprietor or their web manager – who suggested I might have confused them with another establishment. Rest assured, my memory is quite clear on this matter. I stand by my account, as it reflects a genuine experience that was notably incongruent with the serene retreat one might expect from such a venue.

While I usually advocate for supporting local businesses, I find myself hesitant to endorse this one. It's not often I say this, but potential patrons may want to consider whether the risk of a similar encounter is worth the promised tranquility. In my view, there are other venues where the promise of relaxation is met with a more conducive atmosphere and customer-friendly approach.
