What an amazing team. I didn't expect to come here and write a review but after an uncomfortable experience at another clinic I felt very safe and welcomed. Special thanks to the receptionist Casey who was very helpful and really helped me with a lot of questions and technical issues with Medicare. I had an ultrasound and steroid injections in my hands for carpal syndrome and both doctors who saw me were professional and polite.

Fantastic staff. Was able to book an appointment straight after my Dr appointment a few doors down.

Was able to get in the next day at a time that suited me.

The Radiographer was excellent and I would go as far as say the best I have ever had, and I have had a few... Well a lot.. happens from riding (and flying off) motorcycles for 32 years...

I had an ultrasound and I thought that it was done with no gel, but later found out that it was because it was heated to body temperature... Now that isn't something that you normally get!

I also casually mentioned that I had a small cyst on my kidney from a previous scan and the Radiographer even took the time to check both my kidney's as the one I thought it was on, wasn't obviously visible on first inspection, so checked the other. When nothing was found, got me to change position and try the original one again until it was found.

Now that is a very thorough scan and took longer than a normal appointment would take.
The entire time, I was asked if everything was Okay and if I was comfortable, and if I had time.

Ample privacy was given, never felt uncomfortable, particularly as it was quite an awkward location.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Great work! Great staff! Great facilities!

And it was all bulk billed (not sure if that's for everyone... Or just when you say that you will give them a great Google Review!)...

Carmel and team were a pleasure to deal with. I was able to have both an X-ray and ultrasound done quickly and efficiently. There wasn’t any wait time as the booking was done on the spot and accommodated my time restraints. Any questions or concerns I had were answered appropriately.

We were very happy with our experience at Harbour Radiology. Our first time at the clinic, we were impressed by the skill and bedside manner of the sonographer. Very reasonable price for the type of scan I got done too, compared to a lot of other places I enquired at, for the same scan. Would definitely be back for future scans.

The lovely male receptionist was very helpful and got me in right away. Had ample cold water to drink and my 4 year old child felt very comfortable in the space. Very professional and fast. I’ll definitely be back when I need an ultrasound or internal examination. Cleanest toilet in Lane Cove!

Casey (sp?) was very courteous, conscientious and compassionate getting me an appointment with Joanna, who was just brilliant: with such an amazing bedside manner, she was very proficient, explained exactly what she was doing and reassuringly suggested the likely outcomes.
