Nice friendly staff. Quick appointments. Large variety of services available. They made me feel comfortable and gave me reassurance as I was feeling a bit anxious. The place is nice and clean and didn’t wait at all to get in. Very happy with the service.

Very friendly and helpful people. I have never had to wait very long for any scans. It's quick and easy. Then you can log into their account and see your scans and results online. Very handy.
Plenty of restrooms inside and heaps of parking outside.
Located next door to Aldi so you can't miss them

Went in for CT guided injection on my lower back. Wait time was short and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor did the procedure with very little discomfort. Very happy with the service and I highly recommend this clinic.

Joyce, the most professional, knowledgeable, and patient practitioner I have ever come across (and I've been through so many over a 10 year span of XRAYS, CT scans, MRIs and Contrast MRIs).

I had spinal tumor meningioma 8 years ago which is unfortunately back now, but I have never met a more gentle, and humble practitioner in my life.

I just simply cannot find the right words except to say that Joyce is extremely reassuring, I was probably her most difficult patient having rarely any veins showing through my arms (always had this issue regardless of my water intake), and the ones that are there, are extremely thin. Not only did she get the cannula on the first go, but I literally did not feel the contrast ink when she injected it.

Joyce was also so thorough that she took pictures BEFORE and AFTER the contrast injection. In all my prior images no one's ever done that (it's usually one separate one for ink and one separate one without, costing twice out of pocket).

Once the scan was finished I was overwhelmed with a sense of gratitude and began to cry and thanked this beautiful soul.

If I've been treated the way Joyce treated me today I wouldn't be living with the paralyzing fear and anxiety attacks that I live with until today, when visiting medical professionals.

She was so humble that she smiled and called herself "lucky" for getting the cannula at the first go.

Joyce, there is certainly NOTHING "lucky" about the level of professionalism, empathy, reassurance and expertise of which you equip.

Thank you for being the wonderful practitioner that you are and I wholeheartedly thank you for your empathy and humanity ?

Thank you for squeezing us in though you have a busy schedule toda. Best customer service from phone conversation with Christy to the beautiful Indian girl at reception. First time i feel welcome as a customer in Australia since i moved from NZ, as most places we went is always a grumpy or look down facial expression, today i saw smiley and happy faces of all 3 receptionists towards the customers also amongst themselves. Thank you for a great service keep it up GB .....

I came in today for an ultrasound and Dalia was so amazing and reassuring.
Even when I was running late she still took me in quickly, Dalia and the stuff were so lovely and nice!

Maybe its the weekend workers l dont know. Ive been here twice and first time on a monday everything was fine they were nice little lost and clueless but polite. On sunday they were very rude for no reason.

Have a look at low reviews they are all correct.

I suggest you make everyone wear nice big name tags so people can name and remove the problems.
