At the end of 2021, I decided to come off the pill from prolonged use and unfortunately, my skin blew up with horrible adult acne that I had ever experienced in my life at 25 years old - even worse than my teenage years. Thankfully, I found Hayden and the Happy and Healthy Wellbeing Centre from a popular YouTuber and was attracted to his holistic and natural style of remedy. I was delighted to hear that he was not far from where I lived! Hayden was very thorough in his examination of my lifestyle, from diet to work to exercise and other related stresses. He was patient, an active listener and provided expert knowledge on menstrual cycles and the female body. He found that there were hormonal imbalances that was causing my acne. The supplements that I was given, were great and Hayden explained in great detail the contents and each ingredient and its role in repairing my skin. Over several months, I noticed a massive difference and a significant reduction in acne. Now in October 2024, I no longer suffer from acne, my skin is clear and do get the odd few pimples here and there during that usual time of the month. If you are feeling down and hopeless about curing your hormonal acne, please look no further than Hayden and the wonderful team at Happy and Healthy Wellbeing Centre. I have had a great experience so far with Happy and Healthy Wellbeing Centre. I am receiving care from the U.S. and I have not experienced any issues whatsoever. Testing and appointments are also very affordable, especially compared to other naturopaths in the U.S.
Not to mention, Hayden is an amazing naturopath! Very knowledgable, always answers any questions in appointments or over email, and I have had great results already from only two months of following his treatment plan for me. I am a PCOS patient, and after doing lots of work and making tons of progress with another naturopath in the U.S., I decided to see Hayden for hormonal acne as that was the only stubborn PCOS symptom that wouldn't seem to go away. I was desperate for a solution that did not involve harsh medications or going back on birth control, and he was my last hope before going on Spironolactone. But, since following his treatment plan I have only had one breakout in the past two months, which is a record for me! I can't wait to see how things progress in the coming months.

I started seeing Hayden this year however, I’ve been with his perfect skin program before it stopped since 2022. I love seeing Hayden each time over Zoom. Not only is he highly educated, but he’s very patient with listening to me my skin problems. He’s the only naturopath that’s actually gotten my skin clear from my back, chest and face. I suffered severe adult, hormonal acne. I used to see other naturopaths but never have I got a more amazing result than Hayden. I actually feel confident wearing clothes showing off the areas I used to break out. I’ve learnt more with Hayden about skin and what causes acne etc. I’m very comfortable talking about skin with him and it’s great to be have someone else who’s so passionate about it. I will continue seeing Hayden for however long I need (I don’t want to stop anyway! ) He’s the best in the business and seriously slept on by a lot of people who are looking into seeing a naturopath. His team is also very accommodating, so if you live interstate or international, you can still get amazing results regardless.

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 17. For several years I had irregular periods (3-6months apart) and suffered crippling pain to the point of hospitalisation and severe hormonal acne. Doctors told me that I may never be able to conceive naturally and that I'd likely have to go through IVF. At a moment of desperation I looked into alternate ways to help heal myself.
