A very nice view over the river and the banks. Possibly the walk down the river would have been nice too but we didn't want to.

This lookout has a fantastic view with a short trail (stairs) which allows you to see many amazing rock formations. Friendly for kids but not those with mobility challenge as you need to walk through some stairs. The view of Shoalhaven River is so vast and windy as though you are looking at the ocean! Parking is only 50m away so it's very convenient. There are benches at the flat area so if you are travelling with elderly who don't want to explore the trail, they can rest at the sitting area and enjoy the view. Highly recommended if you are in Nowra!

Visited here for the view. Beautiful view which is directly accessible by car, no need to walk. However, a few trekking routes are available if wanted to do so.

No BBQ (it said under construction)
Has taps to wash hands.

Decent lookout. Mostly picnic spot. Those who are keen for short trek, easy to use the long
You can spend up to 2-3 hours.

Such a great scenic place. You can see the river and the valley across. The rock formation is pretty nice.

There are no shades and on a sunny summer day it would be pretty harsh in the main area.

There are some photos here from "Ben's walk" just from there. Just a few mins down, I haven't done the full walk. Need to go back for the walk 😅
