I would give 0 if possible. Can’t comment on the actual therapists or massages as when no one answered my calls (multiple attempts) I left a message to book 2 massages as gifts for Christmas. No one ever called me back . I then called them again after a few days and finally spoke with the very rude and unhelpful owner. If this is how she treats you when you are trying to book, I dread to think how she is after she already has your money. I notice other reviews also talked about the rude reception service or being ignored when they were unhappy with service. I advise giving your money to Endota Townsville as they were wonderful.

Amazing!!! I’ve been visiting Hands in Harmony for the last 15 years every time I visit. I’ve had massages all my life from Harrods UK to Chang Mai and all over the world but Hands in Harmony trumps them all!!! These guys know what they're doing. Have never had a bad massage and always walk away feeling fantastic.
Highly recommend Ana Tereza and Radka, they're amazing. Radka also runs a Spinal strengthing and mobility class on Thursday evenings at 6 that's a must attend if your posture isn't where you want it.

I had a fantastic massage from Dina. I came in to get treatment on my neck and shoulder and after consulting with me prior to the session Dina spent the majority of the massage focused on that area. I walked out feeling a million times better. She was very skilled and professional. I will definitely return.

Went to the hands in harmony at the Casino and it was by far the worst massage my partner and I have ever had. To much to explain, but in short was just a very poor experience. I rang the manager/owner to let her know of my feedback and she didn’t even seem to care. We used to go to hands in harmony in the city for our couples massages, but will now be looking for another place to go..
