I had the most distressing experience recently when I found myself locked out of my apartment, without my phone, and in urgent need of assistance. I walked past this medical practice, hoping someone could lend me their phone to call for help, but nobody would. Desperate, I knocked on the clinic's door, and I was greeted by Angie. She could clearly see my distress and, despite the initial hesitation, she kindly stepped outside and used her personal phone to help me contact someone who could send me the keys to my apartment.

While she was helping me, Dr. Daly came out and rudely demanded to know what was going on. When I explained Angie was helping me in a difficult situation, he arrogantly dismissed the situation, repeatedly telling her to hang up and get back inside. I was stranded in the rain, with no phone, and no one else willing to help. Dr. Daly's behavior was not only rude but completely unprofessional.

Angie, on the other hand, was incredibly kind, calm, and professional throughout, and I’m so grateful for her assistance. I just wanted to thank Angie for her kindness, but as for this clinic, I would strongly recommend staying clear. Dr. Daly's behavior was appalling, and as someone who has worked in healthcare for over 10 years, I’ve never witnessed such disregard for a person in need."

Dr Daly is the consummate healthcare professional. Really took his time to explain my conditions with me, as well as my treatment options. I have great visits and the doctor’s demeanor really puts me at ease. He combines expertise with a willingness to listen and discuss the issues. I never feel rushed, and he always asks if I have any other questions. I’m in good hands and I would highly recommend Dr. Daly if you seek a healthcare professional that you can trust and connect with. His staff are also very efficient and courteous, especially Monica with her kind and friendly bedside manner - which is very engaging.

This so - called doctor would have to be one of the rudest, most impolite men I have ever had the misfortune to meet. I was born in England and he asked me if me and my family were "ten pound poms"! I wonder if he normally asks his patients if they come from a very poor family Also, I told him that I had studied nursing and he kept asking me questions testing me on my knowledge of aspects of the human body and what the words diastolic and systolic meant. I ended up walking out of the place, but not before he made me sign the Medicare form, so he would get paid. I do not recommend going to this doctor.

Dr Michael Daly asked me to clearly describe my symptoms, diagnosed my lung infection and prescribed the necessary antibiotics which proved effective. I found him very patient and methodical. I would recommend him to all my family and friends
