Scott and his team provide good old fashioned service, where time is taken to listen to needs and address any worries or concerns. We all see the big chains advertising 'great deals'...have been to the big chains and felt rushed and invisible and then pressured by upselling staff to meet KPI.
None of that at Hampton Park Optical just great honest service and great honest pricing. Scott and the team genuinely care about you being happy with your glasses, so if you want to be a valued and respected customer rather than someones KPI, pop into Hampton Park Optical for top notch professional service and a very warm welcome.

If you are a sensitive person like me or often find that your eyes struggle to adapt whenever you wear a new pair of glasses, the issue is likely with the frame, not the prescription.

Scott revealed this by patiently adjusting the new frame I purchased online. Once he finished the adjustment and I put it on, my eyes effortlessly adapted to the new lenses.

A professional optometrist is only half of the equation; a meticulous and patient optical assistant ensures the other half. This shop happens to have both.

I absolutely love this optometrist, I always get my disposable contact lenses from here. Very efficient and on time, customer service at it's best! They have lovely spectacles in display come and check them out and buy with with your lenses, it ranges from sophisticated and classy range.

After using a retail chain for my last pair of glasses (big mistake), I found that my vision was never what I’d expected it to be with the glasses. Then a friend put me on to at Hampton Park Optical Service. Not only were they great to deal with but the new Zeiss lenses that Scott recommend are brilliant. So sharp and the clarity is like nothing I’ve had before in glasses. In 24 hours I’ve gone from constant headaches to vision better than I can remember. Thank you Scott for the great advice and quick turnaround. Highly recommend these guys. 👍

Definitely 5 Stars for Customer Service and efficiency.
I came in yesterday afternoon 08/04/20 as i needed specs urgently as i am working from home and have been getting headaches and can read small text on my laptop.
This morning 09/04/20 Scott gave me a call to advise that my glasses where ready. Upon testing everything was Crystal Clear!
Thank you again Scott. Ill be back for the ones i really like 🙂
