Previously used them for several years for before and after school care without a problem UNTIL this years lockdowns. As we were a permanent booking we were charged FULL rates over $600 even though my child was not allowed at school as I am not an essential worker. When I questioned it I was told they are a business and because other children were still going I have to pay. They also breached my personal privacy by sharing my personal email with other parents and when I questioned it, it was swept under the rug. They definitely are not for their community and all about being a business.

Love the Hampton park community house I have taken my 3 boys here since they were 2 years old for occasional care, then to 3 yr old kinder and if I ever need before or afterschool care I would not hesitate to use the HPCH service. I love the staff they're always attentive and have a great relationship with my children and my family 10 stars

Visit the place jus outside. Venue wasn't open lot's of parking, play ground, a basketball court. Looks good for a family gathering or small function.
