For a pharmacy with the phrase “discount” in their name, a 70% retail markup directly goes against this principle. This establishment is poorly managed, disrespectful to their employees, and a clear case of proselytism. A toxic gossip culture beyond saving is ultimately the reason for harboured resentment from employees towards their own company. Supporting small businesses is crucial for economic growth, but Hammondville Discount Pharmacy should be an exception to this ideology.

They manage to cancels scripts then gas light you because they can't take responsibility for.there mistakes
Even with notes they take and approvals they received, they still manage to screw things up to find out they are in the wrong after making things 10 times more difficult then they need to be

If you have serious medical.needs and don't want be treated l Iike a patient I recommend going here .
I've had this happen multiply occasions ,
I know will.be travilng further out of my way to adifferent chemist and will.be avoiding the sister chemist at wattle Grove as well

Very expensive,no staff around to help until get to counter & even then was not greeted.

Overheard a conversation which I thought was a customer & a staff member regarding dental floss.
Nope it was 2 staff members trying to figure out what floss was.
Had I'd been in the mood to show them what is was, I don't think it was in my job title.
Those 2 women should not be working there if no knowledge of general health.

I also know that there has been positions vacant but a pharmacy background is required.

Please screen potential employees as they will damage your brand

Always has good amount of stock and good variety. Staff are always happy and helpful. Not sure why it's called a discount shop though, prices are not cheap!

Hands down the best pharmacy’s I’ve ever been to. I am always treated with the best service and they always have what I need. Anything I require they have me sorted and any questions I have they always answer it in the best way for me. Hammondville discount pharmacy will have me as their customer for as long as I am breathing, thank you for always looking out for me and being the best local pharmacy I could have ever asked for
