The staff at Neringah are amazing, Adela the councillor was incredible, Julie from the Neringah Community Care team, awesome. Extended family and friends were welcome to visit and even our dads little dogs, which made his last few weeks of life much happier. In what has been a long and difficult journey, we felt tremendous stress & anxiety lifted knowing our dad was being cared for and comfortable. A truly remarkable place.

Our mum passed at Neringah 2 years ago. Having a private room we were able to stay with her during her time. The staff were very supportive and dedicated to mum and those who were in need. The 'tinky-drinks' ladies n gents were also great. To see the staff what they go through, am truly grateful and respect the medical team across the board. Truly a beautiful location and outdoors. A wonderful send off ..thank to all at Neringah

Thank you to the staff & volunteers of Neringah Hospital. Although our experience with you was all too brief, your exceptional care & compassion made the last days with my dad comfortable for both him & our small family. You alleviated the stress & anxiety we had experienced with his care elsewhere in the weeks prior. A truly remarkable place.

My beautiful Mum, Margaret was in palliative care at Neringah Hospital for the last 2 months of her life. We are so incredibly appreciative of all the amazing staff and volunteers at Neringah hospital. Mum was treated with so much love, kindness and respect in her final months. Mum was warmly greeted with hugs from her favourite nurses...it felt like Mum was being taken care of by family. I was also super impressed with how well all the staff knew Mum.

Mum really enjoyed “happy hour” at the hospital and Mum also really loved being visited by Edward the Therapy dog and his owner Elizabeth.

Mum had a particularly strong bond with your nurse Suja and one of the last things that Mum wrote down in her notebook was a comment about how great Suja is. Tamsy was so great with my Mum too. Julie was very efficient and professional and took great care of Mum. Arnold was fantastic too...very respectful and kind.

Your Doctors Sarah & Alvin were very professional and caring. My Dad also really appreciated all the support he received from your Social Worker Adela. I also really enjoyed talking to your volunteer Libby.

I wish I knew the names of everyone there, but I can’t thank you all enough for the way you cared for my Mum and our family during a really difficult time.

I am thanking all the proffesional staff who look after My father-in-law who passed away at this place. To Victoria who tirelessly looking after him.God bless you girl for being such a compassionate employee.
The staff wash their hands every time they go to different room before and after they touch the patient. They have infection control standard which in other places they do not wash their hands. Thank you Neringah Hospital!

This hospital took good care of my uncle throughout his battle with cancer. The staff are very friendly and allowed family and friends to use the kiosk as a waiting room, even allowing use of the kitchen. They are also lenient with visiting hours. I am grateful for the care the staff showed.

My son was put into a room with no fresh air. The room was so small and window could only open a fraction. Even though my son could not breathe. I was told after he passed that his lungs were full of fluid yet they never sent him to hospital to get it drained. My son suffered terribly and I will never forgive the doctors for letting my son die drowning with his lungs full of fluid.
I tried to respond to the phone number your reply gave me. A total waste of time. I was asked if I was a patient, did I need a Hammondcare package, did I want to be put through to the hospital. After many attempts to tell her I was told to to ring about my review I gave up. Total waste of my time......
