Careres are very good and arrive as promised. However trying to contact Hammond care is a daunting task, when you call the phone rings out , you leave your number for a call back and you get a call many hours later. I have been allocated level 4 care but have not heard anything from H.C despite leaving a message to advise them, also i asked for a podiatrist to call but nothing has been arranged. I feel the service has gone down hill since they increased their fees. Come on HC. pick up your game.

Good carers but they have some work to do on doing their part of getting necessary home modifications done in a timely manner. Come on guys its been over two years!
Also they're hard to get hold of on the phone. Very frustrating when I come to see mum and she can't cancel a carer visit!
