WARNING...i feel people need to be warned Ben is absolue rubish as a manager he is rude, not understanding at all and has no compassion and holds the idea he is very important he has said in appropriate thing's infront of my grandmother.
he has taken over from Derek were derrick would have been rated a 5 star this man is a 1.
Half the workers he has under (not all there are a hand full of exceptional worker's that are the minority) spends half there time standing there and complaining instead of getting on with the work that they are paid to do.
I would urge anyone to seriously consider asking for another manager or looking elsewhere if he is looking after your loved ones he will not have there best interests at hart.
