Horrid treatment of patients.
Waited years to be able to get Medicinal cannabis, had to reschedule (only 4 times) due to financial reasons. Finally able to afford my appointment, only to be told two weeks out that my appointment had been given away due the past rescheduling. Was claimed to be miscommunication, but was clearly an attempt at gaslighting. Practice Manager attempted to tell me what I was hearing, instead of actually listening to me.

Worst medical reception ever.
My 16 month old is sick, have fever and ears pain. Hammond health receptionist didn't give a Dr. Appointment (only by phone) because the outbreak COVID in SYDNEY. The only way to have a Dr. Face Appointment is if I bring a COVID test done, it's take more than 24 hours to get the result. We are located in Wagga haven't been in other city I explained.
The receptionist told me he need to look after Dr. Health. What about your patience health
Wagga doesn't have any COVID case. The criteria to make an appointment is ridiculous.
In the meantime my 16 month old is in pain. probably needs antibiotics.
Thank you Hammond held for your competent service.

Isn't the first time they don't give me appointment for my kids.

The only reason I am giving a 4 out of 5 is because I have called them many times asking to find out something and they say
"Oh don't worry I will call you in an hour"
It's been two days
But honestly it is a wonderful place and recommend it

I have always found the Doctors and staff to be very friendly and efficient. Dr Overvliet is an amazing Dr and will do everything she can to get you on the road to recovery .
