Jo is absolutely incredible! She has always gone above and beyond to explain each step of the procedures / process to me. I recently had a consultation + injectables with Jo, and my experience was very different to the other reviews. I initially was quoted $1,500 for the procedures I discussed with Jo. At the consultation, we spoke about the procedure, time frame & healing time. Agreeing to go ahead with 2 of the 3 procedures that were discussed ( Botox + filler in cheeks & chin) when it came time to pay, the amount significantly changed to $2,500.
It all happened so fast and I was confused, I was just going to put it down to a bad experience and not go back. I am very happy with the results, and was at the time of the procedures as well but felt bamboozled and rushed like a deer in the headlights.
Trying to pay for the procedure was the real bad experience!

To sum up the flow on affect, I received threatening emails, accused of an 'inability' to pay and voice messages from Jo stating if i didn't pay it would go to HO as a bad debt. Timeframe of a 1-2 weeks (I work long hours and not always have reception on my phone due to some of the remote places I go with work, (which Jo was aware). I was still trying to pay via Afterpay at this stage and was told the business had a limit of $2000. I asked Jo for HO details to contact ( Ph + email) so I could deal with them directly and it took several calls, emails and messages to obtain.
I was wished well in the email, given a 1300 number for HO and no follow up care or an alternative nurse to contact.

I did pay. I provided my credit card details via text message, which is unprofessional, unsafe and a real gamble on my behalf.
I will never go back and I will be letting anyone who asks me of my experience how unprofessional, neglectful and money driven Jo is. A big Thumbs down

I had an incredible experience with Jo! She made my lips look absolutely amazing, and is a total pro at what she does, and also incredibly sweet and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her attention to detail and skill are outstanding, and she considers everything to give me the best look possible, and also made sure I felt super comfortable throughout the entire process! I'm beyond happy with the results! I'm so glad I found her!

Jo is awesome! I just had my tear troughs done recently and was super nervous because I’d heard it was really painful, but she made it near painless & I have no bruising 🥰 also had my Botox done by Jo and love the results! So nice to find a cosmetic nurse who is caring and takes her time to make sure you get great results. Highly recommend 🙌
