This place is absolutely appalling for what they charge. It should be 59 a night. Tiny , dirty rooms , rock hard 20 year old mattresses. The showers are in a bath that has never even been wiped out. Id suggest taking your own bathroom mat if you don't want to get tinea or worse. Obviously the reviews are left by friends or locals to try and boost the money that they bring in. Because there's no way they are legitimate reviews.

Great family run business and the service shows it! Super clean rooms and perfect locations with shops and cafes a stone throw away. Highly recommended and will stop by again!

Wonderful service. I can't express how grateful we are to have Brett & Jodie offer us an apartment for the night at the last minute. We had an unpleasant experience in Goulburn and found ourselves stranded with no accommodation for the night. My sister arranged a 2 bedroom apartment for myself & parents. We arrived just in time to be welcomed with such friendly/helpful staff. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable great price and even had electric blankets! Jodie had even made sure that the air conditioning was on to heat up the apartment for when we checked in later that night. If you ever need a place to stay in Yass do not hesitate to give them a call. I know I will.

The BEST motel I have EVER stayed in - and there have been a few round the world, I mean it! Everything was perfect (although it was either boiled or bottled water only, due to some effect with the local water, and we didn't get told, although luckily, we had seen it flashing in red lights on roadside boards as we drove into Yass)! Everything else was perfect - only place in town that WIFI that could actually be ALMOST guaranteed, and it WORKED, which was awesome! Beautiful clean rooms, great shower pressure (VERY important after a long day travelling), very quiet, parking right at the door, pillows so fluffy and beds really comfy! Great check in, lovely couple at reception, and very helpful. Go stay there and see for yourself!

We stayed one night, two rooms. The rooms had been recently renovated, painted and were fresh and sparkling clean. The bed was firm but comfortable. However, we found the room was very small with no real space to place bags for access. The bathroom was tiny. Furnishings and fittings were functional but seemed cheap. Given the description and price for the night we had expected the rooms to be more spacious and better fitted - eg only creaky cheap dining chairs to sit on apart from bed..

The worst place I’ve ever stayed in, beds hard as a rock
Shower in the bath is about 1.5 metres high,
And looks like it’s never been cleaned,
Not to mention no smart tv
I’d give this place minus 5 stars

My partner and I stayed with a last minute booking, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
Our room ground level (23) was very clean and of high standards bed is very comfortable.
I would highly recommend staying at this motor inn thats located in a quite lil spot in Yass.
Thank you to the lovely staff for having us.

We stayed here on our way to Canberra. Even though it was a small compact room it had everything you need. Well set out, even a small private patio, where you could let fresh air flow through with the heat. Very comfy bed and hot shower and the first decent sized freezer, an essential 4 us. Also nice wide parking spots.
