Hallam medical group is a really good practice, they have heaps of doctors that help, also psychologists too if needed. Its a bit of a wait for the gp, but worth it. The staff are also very nice, and helpful.

I read some of the reviews, I agree with some regarding the waiting time, but if there were 3 more Dr D'argent then the waiting time would have been minimal. So the waiting is annoying but the service is first class, the staff is friendly, Drs are polite and Dr D'argent is always there to listen to you and help you. She will always go out of her way to help ,for example , if I went for a check for my blood pressure and then I said by the way I have a problem with my ears , legs or whatever ,she will never say make another appointment so I'll be able to check you then for your ear or leg etc. She will look at that person straight away thus her timing goes out of the door, so instead of a 10 minutes consultation the consultation goes for 30 mn or more. So we cannot complain because she is doing what she is supposed to do to care for her patients. I am pretty sure that this has happened to most of us and she is going to do it again. So please forget about the waiting time think about the service you get, that's the most important thing I guess. So I give the clinic 4 stars

After reading some of the reviews, I agree that the waiting time before you see Dr D’Argent can be long. However, in my experience this is usually dependent on the time you make your booking. When I check in, I ask the friendly staff if there’s a long wait and if the answer is ‘Yes’, I kindly ask the ladies if that’s okay to give me a call when it’s my turn as I’ll be waiting in the car. They call me when it’s my turn and there’s no hassle.

On the other hand, Dr D’Argent has always been professional and did everything she could to keep me healthy and safe. She replaced my fear of illness with trust in my recovery. My family and I would like to THANK YOU for being such a kind, thoughtful and caring doctor when we were at crossroads. You are a credit to your profession and we appreciate all you did! Keep up the great work you do for your patients.

Despite the waiting time are too long to see Dr Arianne D'argent, on the other hand it's worthy. Myself and my family would like to say THANK YOU so much for being so kind, passionate and caring of my health condition and well-being during my difficult time. Without you I couldn't imagine what life would be. You and your staff professionalism are excellent, keep doing the great job for the communities.

Used to be ok actually I used to quite like it, grey for a local and free doctor but now have some new owners or new staff at the door.

It's kind of stupid now, demand a Medicare card every time you arrive. Haven't used it in ten years. Keep the card there or keep it on file like you have done until now!!!

How hard can it be? How about i sticky tape it to your desk?

Like I said it used to be good, it used to be friendly.
