Before signing on to their grease trap service I was a little hesitant for 2 reasons:
1) Offer was too good to be true.
2) How very little reviews they have on Google.

I took a chance and here is my experience 8 months in;

Other competitors: Won't call you back or respond within the day (sometimes they never will). Arbitrarily add extra fees as time goes on. Runaround game of pointing fingers at different departments when there is a fault (example: incorrect billing). Sometimes not fixing it at all. Massive increase in cost. Sometimes up to 3x in the same year. Never on time service. I feel nothing but anxiety and dread dealing with them.

Halgan: Follow through with their commitments. No drama. No delays. No drastic increase in cost. Emails responded in a timely manner. Requests actually follow through. Transporter would contact you if there are any delays arriving at the premise. I feel confident and assured whenever I need to contact them. (Huge shoutouts to Zahra and the area driver Matt)
