I’ve found a hidden oasis in Campbelltown! The space and facilities at Hakea are unreal. I booked a reformer Pilates class and the teacher was fabulous - the group of ladies participating were so much fun. I also booked the infrared sauna, ice bath, and traditional sauna to try everything out and was blown away by the upkeep and cleanliness of the space. It was quiet and truly felt like my own mini wellness escape. Definitely booking a membership and becoming a frequent visitor!

This place is Amazing! I have been doing reformer pilates, using the saunas and cold plunge. My recovery has been phenomenol. I have suffered from chronic back pain for 8 years and this place has been a blessing!! The staff are extremely supportive and friendly!
