started coming to #HairManagement a couple of months ago with my mum. my mum had a severe disability and would come in with her wheelchair; never would any of the staff show any judgement to her. they were consistently compassionate, communicative, complimented her and made her laugh, worked with her support carers to ensure she wasn't ever uncomfortable. my mum has passed away recently, but i'll be supporting this business on behalf of her because of their overwhelming kindness for her. the way they treated her, someone so vulnerable and someone who often had to prepare herself for the judgement she would face going to appointments like these, it has really touched my heart. P.S. Dee is the best and does a fantastic job on my hair every time. thank you so much #HairManagement!

Great hairdresser. I get foils done here and they always do a great job. My hair is really healthy and the colour looks good for ages.

The staff are all really nice and friendly and they always get my colour perfect.

They are excellent at foils, cuts, blowdrys and give excellent advice for good products that keep my hair looking healthy.

Pic is an old one from 2018 - I think I’ve been using this hairdresser most of my adult life.

I won’t trust any other hairdresser now.

I tried another hairdresser closer to my work place early last year and had to go back to hair management later to fix it as the other place butchered my hair, it was all patchy, I won’t make that mistake again.

I had an appointment with Kathy on 8 January 2024. I always find Kathy to be most professional and great at what she does best. It was a busy day and, due to unplanned circumstances, she was running the show. She worked over and above to help all of her clients, answer phones and speak to people who came in. I find her to be very friendly and I love having my keratin done at #hair management.

Great clean atmosphere. Staff were very polite. My wife got her hair done here and highly recommended it. I went and got my beard cut and cleaned. I will definitely be back to cut my hair.

(Sofia) is amazing! I had gotten a haircut and Nanoplasty I had my 4 year old with me Sofia was so patient and understanding with me ♥️ and she spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. She’s so skilled and so sweet. Highly recommend!

Thank you Kathy for cutting my daughter’s hair at such short notice and very last minute!
(just before closing time)
Kathy did an exceptionally good job at fixing my daughter’s uneven messy hair and gave her a lovely hair style. My teen daughter was very pleased and said that she loved the hairdresser’s vibe and the place.
Definitely will come back again because of great service and professionalism.

I have been going to this salon for nearly 3 months! I found it to be a friendly atmosphere. The staff work well together and they know what they are doing. Prices are reasonable. I have walked out of there every time looking 10 years younger. I get the works.. regrowth, foils, toner, treatment and blow dry. I am never disappointed. Thank you to all!!

Had colour service and keratin treatment. I asked for a trim and I regret it as she really cut almost 4 months worth of length of hair in the back! I have been trying to grow it for 9 months but she just wrecked it at the back! They are nice and i paid for what they quote me for.

To the hairdresser: you must realise that your work cannot be undone! Must really know what you doing before you even do it.. please please do not wreck someone else hair!
