I have been seeing Janine for Counselling for the past 15 months now and I cannot express how much Janine has helped my mental health. I was not a big believer in counselling, but since attending sessions with Janine, I can honestly say it has helped me through one of the darkest moments of my life. Haddon Councselling & Support was a place I needed and I didnt even know it at the time.
I first met Janine after suffering a mental breakdown due to long term chronic pain.
Initially I was scared and unsure of what was going on with myself and what counselling would be, but from session 1 Janine was awesome. She guided me to better thoughts, understanding and feelings about my pain and myself and why I felt trapped. Each session Janine helped me find a new beginning after pain.
Janine is professional, caring and on point with information i needed to hear and understand.
I cannot recommend Haddon Counselling & Support highly enough for any member of the community, young or old.
