I have never really been comfortable going to the doctors or found a GP that I felt comfortable with, until recently I have started seeing Dr. Jessica Clarke.
I cannot recommend Dr Clarke enough! I feel comfortable and anxiety free everytime i have to make an appointment and she always answers all my questions in depth.

Absolutely appalled by the reception staff member. I have a 6 month old baby and I needed to use the lift to get downstairs. She locked me outside and made me find an alternative (down stairs with my baby in a pram). She could’ve taken a completely different approach and explained to me the process of not being allowed to use the lift if you weren’t there for the medical centre purposes. Yes I understand now to not use the lift if I’m not a patient of the medical centre, however what’s wrong with being a kind human in the situation and talking to me in a kind manner. She put patients in the waiting in awkward positions as well making one particular lady who very kindly opened the door, make her close it and not let me in. This lady was apologetic and couldn’t believe the receptionist was turning away a lady with a baby in a pram. I’m absolutely horrified at how the situation was handled. Fair enough you don’t want people using your lift but there is absolutely no harm in being kind and explaining the process!!! As for the medical staff, I’m sure they’re great people, just a shame who is on reception, the person who greets you! It was more of an effort for this receptionist to be rude than it would’ve been to either let me use the lift or just talk respectfully like a normal kind person! Imagine turning away a lady with a pram or anyone who physically needs to use a lift for safety! I couldn’t be so horrible AND speak so rudely!

I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment, but I was made to wait and ended up being the last person attended to, even though others who arrived after me were seen first. This is the second time I’ve experienced delays of over an hour past my scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend booking with Gabriela Luna at this location, as she appears to be too busy to manage appointments effectively.

Dr Sonu makes the practice what it is. She is the life behind the Haan Health Medical Centre - Broadbeach and she instills her values in the way the practice conducts itself which is quite evident.

Her holistic approach to life and medicine and its practice thereof and her constantly evolving ways of wanting to do better for her patients is extremely inspiring.

I have been seeing her for the past 12 years. She is an amazing doctor who goes above and beyond every single time for her patients...but above all else she is a truly remarkable human being who genuinely cares, which is a rather endearing quality.

The Gold Coast community is truly lucky to have such a brilliant doctor amongst its midst.

After 25 years of dealing with a chronic health issue and trying several other GP's over that time and multiple specialists I have finally found a Dr who actually listened to me and worked with me. Now we have achieved a diagnosis and created a treatment and care plan that is making my life so much more like it's best possible version. I cannot recommend Dr Sonu and Dr Manny highly enough. An added and much appreciated other benefit is that they are compassionate and empathetic humans. It really does make visiting the Dr a much more comfortable and effective process.

The professional care sprinkled with loads of TLC that I experienced as Dr Sanu's patient @ the Haan Health Medical Centre - Broadbeach is simply incomparable and extremely touching and I feel totally at ease knowing that I'm in good hands. Health and wellbeing is one of the most important aspects of life and yet most of us take it for granted until something goes terribly wrong. We all know that prevention is better than cure and this is exactly what I'm being taught at the clinic, so not only am I taken care of medically but I'm also being encouraged to change my life style in order to experience a happier and healthier life for the rest of my days.
