GMT has assisted me twice now with my medical appointments. Both times I have been impressed with their helpfulness and willingness to go all out to get you where you need to go and home again. The drivers are always on time, courteous, and caring. Can not speak highly enough of this organisation. So needed in this area.

Absolutely wonderful. Lived here for over 23 years what a beautiful organisation. Hopefully will be with us for a long time to come.

It was disappointing to see the one star entry above, citing a driver error. Would like that person to recontact us. When the initial complaint was made we identified the issue with the driver and followed our process for complaints. Sad that it was posted here , however in the 30 months we have been active we have had ,only this one complaint. GMT thanks you for the opportunity to improve our service, to ensure our clients, drivers and fellow road users continue to be as safe as possible on our roads

If your service is transport, maybe ensure you are safe drivers.
We were cut off by one of your drivers today. The driver then proceeded to sit in the right-lane and not move left. After two opportunities given, we decided to undertake where he proceeded to increase speed to block in. When looking into the car, the driver and passenger were both laughing.
I can acknowledge my driving wasn’t the safest in this situation but also… why do people do this?!

I thanked to Maureen who came to pick me up on Monday morning 20th February, after I had thyroid surgery on Saturday 18th February 2023 from Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital. I live alone in gympie and Gympie Medical Transport has solved my transport to go back to gympie safely and sound with affordable cost. God bless this business for gympie community 😇🙏
