All the doctors and the nurse are very nice and professional, but one of receptionists is quite rude. I always have bad experiences of talking to her over the phone. The others are nice though.

I've been a patient of Drs Galvin and Tierney since they took over the practice 35 years ago.Both are very professional and caring and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great family doctor.They have a 3rd doctor,a nurse to give vaccinations and blood test services on the premises .Also have 2 indoor waiting rooms and one outside plus bathroom and car parking facilities.Right next to one of Gymea's friendly local chemists too.

I booked an appointment via the HotDoc system. It allowed me to book and complete the New Patient form. Then a week later the practice cancelled my appointment and left a voicemail saying “we do not accept new patients anymore”. Great service. 🙂
