Have surgery booked for 1st may because of an outstanding balance I was willing to pay today and could make payment for today’s consultation next week. I was refused and it goes to show it’s all about $$ not people’s health.

The reason the previous balance was in place due to a computer fault on their behalf and my consultation went longer while they fixed the issue. Why should I pay for time of their computer failure.

A very selfish and rude practice.

If I could rate it 0 I would. Worst medical centre ever. The receptionist Storm is the rudest women I have ever dealt with. Dont bother coming here
