Have been going here for decades now. Have a great relationship with my GP and practice nurse and feel that they've always looked out for me.

Have been coming here for nearly 8 years, lived southside for the last 4 years but still cone back here. Have seen many doctors here and all have been great. Thank you and keep up the great work. Really can't understand some of the entitled and selfish 1 star comments posted here.

Booked a long appointment to have a health check. Doctors are good but this practise is most profit driven. Customers are valued as mainly cash.

Booked a long appointment .. waited 1 hour over time… I was out of my appointment after 10 minutes … charged $170 … receptionist refused to consider making it a short appointment as she claimed I was in with doctor for 11 minutes. But I had waited for two customers in front of me to be processed and it was less than 10 cause I only raised issue cause I had text my wife before going in to say I was going to be late. The text told me what time I entered the doctors room.

Buyer beware I guess

The doctors are nice and understanding, however the price is a bit expensive for each appointment.

Too profit driven. Regularly late and loyalty means nothing. Now getting to be an hour late and don’t tell you till just beforehand when already on the way. If you are new, suggest going elsewhere. As per review further below, long consults are now a joke.

Please fix your onlone booking system!
The Drs are great and reception staff but their online booking system is always off-line and it is very frustrating to try and book ahead for an appointment. I have also not been phoned to advise of my flu swab results which were positive. I was told I would only be phoned if they were positive and I recived a call two weeks after swab test to be asked how I was recovering from the flu. It is good that they follow up to see how you are going but I never was even told I had the flu to begin with so had to work while sick.

So happy with my GP here. He goes above and beyond. Can always get an appointment when needed and quite a few times have been fitted in even tho GP was fully booked. Some of the reception staff can be abrupt and not quite on the ball. This has caused me some issues but my GP and other staff fix it once I mention to my GP. They are accomodating for different needs but I find you really have to advocate and spell out for certain reception staff (as above) to understand. But other reception/admin are fantastic. Overall a great practice, flexible on bulk bill and take each circumstance individually which so many GP practices in Canberra don’t and haven’t for years now.

The doctors and staff at this centre have looked after my health needs since 2000. Desk and office staff are courteous, they have a great online booking process on their website and nurse support has always been superb. You may have to. wait a bit but the doctors here spend as much time with each patient as is required to meet their needs. Highly recommended.
