l would like to give 5 stars to the receptionist and my midwife. They were both really helpful and nice.

The staff member（a lady） for ACT pathology here on 16th Feb 2024 around 3pm was another thing altogether.

She was extremely passive aggressive and grumpy about a simple question from me （a 37 weeks pregnant lady）in relation to handing in a form. I was rudely told despite not needing blood or anything that I still need a number in their queue system. I was then the only one waiting for roughly 20minutes before approaching her and again saying we just want to hand in a deposit for collection and not get anything done. Again I was rudely told no this is their system. So again we waited for another 5-10 minutes to finally be called to hand over a sample fill out a 20 second form and leave.

I find it hard to believe we had to wait all this time and were dealt with so rudely whilst being the only people there waiting just to hand a collection in.

As a health care worker,l cannot see any patience from her. Very disappointed！

I want to give 5 star as the lady behind the counter (she has some tattoo) went extra miles to book some emergency appointment for us. And she explained to us what is the best way to communicate with each center to have a smooth course of treatment. Staff are EXTREMELY lovely - nurses - dentists - cleaning staff. It was such pleasant feeling to be there with my kids and family. Thank you!

Typical bureaucrats. Not to help people. One needs to wait for a dental service 18 months! In which civilized country are people treated so inhumanly? Something really not right with these people working there. Zero compassion. Zero empathy. They cause mental issues, depressions and suicides.

Blessed to have such a nice health care center in our locality. The nurses are kind and provides good care and nursing. Today, it was Divya who redressed the post operative surgical wounds of my son. She was very gentle and did a wonderful job. Thanks to all you good people. Good bless you all.

Arrived at 8:35am for a blood test with the pathology lab but when we arrived the doors were not opening.
Buzzed and was told by the guard that they'd send someone. Waited for 5 mins rhen buzzed again, to be told by the same guard that the door doesn't open until 9am.
There was no where on the doors or online that stated this, and ut was a freezing morning.
Not good enough.

Best place for blood test. All staff are great and friendly. My mum and I both enjoy Rachel get the blood sample. Painless and fearless.
