I have been impressed so far by the friendliness of the gym (staff and other members), the cleanliness of the environment and the willingness to offer support and assistance. I feel very welcome as a new member and have been happy with my visits so far.

This gym is the absolute best. Always so clean and tidy. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is unmatched. I am always greeted by name with a huge smile. I am always asked how my day was and how I am. Zak is so much fun and so encouraging. I have had PT sessions with Adam who I have found to be extremely supportive and motivating. He has created workouts specifically for me and I now feel confident in going to the gym alone. Thank you guys for the best customer service ever!!

Highly recommend growth gym avoca, If your looking for a gym, that is always clean and tidy. With wonderful staff that take the time for you and aren't afraid to help with your equipment needs or guidance. Book in for a tour and check the place out.

I absolutely LOVE going to Growth Gyms.. the environment is amazing, family friendly, the staff are genuine and down to earth.. They want nothing but the best for you and will always support you and be accommodating. It’s extremely clean and well looked after. This has to be the friendliest gym I’ve been to! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! I feel comfortable and encouraged every time I walk through the door! The gym is always clean and well maintained with a wide range of machines. I’ve begun training with PT Adam and I have no words for his dedication and enthusiasm. He goes above and beyond to make me feel confident and comfortable every session! He’s knowledgeable and his sessions are well thought out and tailored to my fitness journey! I can’t recommend Adam enough to anyone looking for someone to help motivate , encourage and support you to reach your fitness goals 🙂

My experience at growth gym is and has been incredible, the staff are warm, welcoming, helpful and hilarious and the machine quality and variety is second to none. Bathrooms are kept very clean and feel comfortable and safe to use. The gym being smaller is however not an issue at all as it enables you to interact with the other members and unlock the friends. You would be crazy to not want to go I highly recommend this gym as the best gym in Bundy!!!
