They should invest in more staff to answer their phones, have lost many hours on hold and playing email tag only to not have the issues resolved. Not worth it just for the free consults I joined them for. Very poorly organised company where they don't seem to know what's going on. Have now changed to another supplier who will hopefully do better.

Just DISGRACEFUL!!
Do not use under any circumstance!
I havent even been able to join because I have made 3 appointments and not once did they call me!!
Even better - they tried to say I didnt answer my calls, even though there is not one missed call on my phone.
Nothing but heinous liars.
Will not be moving forward with these clowns.

The process was easy enough but why if the consult is free do I need to give card details? I already lost consult fees to another company so bit miffed as to why I had to handover my details. We will see

paid $50 for a follow up appointment just for the doctor to forget to add my scripts to the portal, once that had been rectified they were added with the wrong time interval. i have emailed grove to fix this error only to be told by an AI bot to schedule another $49 consult. how exactly am i supposed to schedule an appointment if nobody ever picks up the phone or returns voicemails? i have been left without my medication for days and there is 0 patient support. worst healthcare service i’ve ever encountered, extremely poorly run

Absolutely amazing! Recently swapped from Dispensed to Grove Health, had my nurse consult on a Wednesday, the following day a doctor contacted me and by 7pm that evening my scripts appeared in my dashboard and I paid and ordered. Never expected the turn around to be so fast! Would recommend to everyone, have been a medical user since it became legal and have never had such a smooth process I AM SO HAPPY. Hopefully the product is on par with other companies but otherwise I can’t fault their booking process or customer service. Thanks Grove.

Have been with grove since march or so, started smoothly then have had constant issues. Most recent being a dr from grove cancelling my script (after) paying (still no answer why) and finding out the following day after receiving a call from the pharmacy that it was cancelled. Had another 3month follow-up (which lasted 3minutes, and they always feel rushed) and received a QR code script only. Waited a couple days in case it wasn’t added to the portal yet, but called grove and was told to take it into a pharmacy (I’m northern qld, there’s no dispensaries anywhere nearby) and pay an extra $40 odd to have it dispensed-instead of using the portal as I have been since the start. Just got off the phone with the pharmacy and was told there was no script on their end. I’ll be switching clinics as nothing feels consistent, and the follow up calls don’t really lead anywhere. Save your time and look for an alternative company.

Edit: consultation went smoothe nurse very understanding with my conditions. spoke to a doctor the next day and was accepted that night, less than a week to be accepted and recieve meds

The nurse/ reception lady who did the initial consult was very rude and must have been reading from a screen as they could not answer any questions. I have been told to get a health summary from another health professional but have also been unable to speak to any dispensary to work out exactly what is needed. I was with another dispensary for 14 months and they cancelled my script due to a mediation I have been on for years. It seems all these telehealth dispensaries can't do much other than write scripts for people with very very mild health issues, anything else is too hard.
They told me I was unable to use their company and then sent me the script anyway to order which I assume wsd an accident. The lady one the phone was insulting and made it seem that because I was on this other medication (which she did not even know what it was until I explained it) that it meant I was a drug abuser.
If you have pain or less complicated medical history, or will not say what yours is, this place might work for you.
