Office staff are all pleasant and efficient. Waiting area and doctor’s room is immaculate.
My GP runs close to time which is hard to do. At the same time I am always given sufficient time to deal with my issue.I don’t mind waiting if need be because I would hope people would willingly wait for me, if I took a little longer.

Dr. Mehedi Hossain is an excellent doctor! He was very thorough in explaining my diagnosis and treatment options. I especially appreciate his clear explanations by taking extra time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great doctor.

I had a lovely conversation with Christine, the diabetic educator. She was able to reinforce a lot of what I am already doing, and give me some additional ideas to try out.

Friendly greeting on arrival. The staff know me and organised an appointment today with a doctor who knows my story and has been treating me for decades. Dr Calaizis is the best. I feel confident now that I will get better.

Don’t even deserve 1 star.

We have been to Dr. Khan for our bub checkup, and the problem is she is super rude—No humanity, No kindness, No politeness, always in a hurry, still always late. Whenever we go to see her, it's always 1 or 2 hours late, so what's the point of booking appointments on time? I understand they are busy, but 2 hours isn't too much!
And when I asked Dr. Khan why it's like this always, and guess what she said, 'CHANGE YOUR Dr.' I can't help you. Of course I will, because of the fewer options we have to come to you. What kind of answer is this? At least respect the position where you are. I know she don’t know how to respect the patient. We go to see the doctor to get some relief from our health issue, but after visiting her, we get more stressed and disappointed. Maybe she needs to learn some manners and discipline on how to treat patients. When I asked her how about the 4-month vaccine, she replied, even before I finished my sentence, 'What 4-month vaccine? There is no such vaccine (in a very rude tone), and then she realised she was wrong after checking the chart beside her. She don’t care if we have any Medi facilities or not she don’t care. The problem with Dr. is that she doesn't want to listen to us; she just wants to treat as many patients as possible and get as much money as she can. Worst worst worst experience ever.
