Have been a patient for years, seems now every time I need to book an appointment even just to get a medical certificate is too much to ask, other practitioners on the other hand seem to want to help me, booked out with pensioners I spoze, but the working class get pushed away,

Rude, Terrible customer service. If you hate your job, find something else!
Been there a few times and called to request to speak to a doctor (to request for telehealth appt) and was told "Sorry we are not accepting new patients" Extremely cutthroat! Next time please give others an opportunity to speak! This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating, consider yourself lucky to have a 1 star. Absolutely ridicolous!

Update:
Now sending me text messages with a link to hotdoc to book an appointment stating that a Doctor wants to see me. Though me telling them initially that I WAS AN EXISTING PATIENT, they said "Sorry we are not accepting new patients" (I WAS NOT A NEW PATIENT) and all of a sudden I have now become an existing patient ? This place is a serious joke! You really need to get your processes straight. This is not how one runs a business. And I have finally found a respectable practice, unlike these people. Where were you when I really needed medical assistance ?

I’ve been to many doctors and this place is by far the best. If you want something resolved and thoroughly looked into these doctors are very good. I had previously been to a doctor who I told two things that hurt on my hand to the doctor and he told me I had carpal tunnel syndrome and I needed surgery to fix it. I then went to this doctor clinic about my back hurting and I brought up my wrist she cheaked it thoroughly and did an exam with my eyes closed where she touched spots on my hands and made me push up against her hands and other things. Basically she did what should be done and said it was not carpal tunnel and sent me to get a scan. She seemed genuinely lovely and wanted to help. Previously I’d seen a male dr here because I couldn’t make it to my jury duty due to a migraine I really didn’t want to be in there because my head was throbbing but I had to go that day so I could get a certificate. The man was lovely and cared he asked me many questions and was trying to get to the root of my headaches which I appreciated because many doctors prescribe me with some addictive drugs and send me home. The staff are lovely and sometimes there is a wait or they are full but it is because they are good doctors and won’t send you home without trying there best to get to the bottom of a problem. If you have children or you have something that always gets disregarded and need real help I would highly recommend this place. I really appreciate there work 🙂

Amazing ladies at the front desk. Very helpful and friendly.
Dr Stan is great. Takes his time with each patient which is great but unfortunately can cause some delays

Wait 10 times longer than any other family doctors to see an even worse doctor than any other practice. I live one minute away and in the time I wait I could go to my regular 30 minutes away wait and come back home before I get in with any of their doctors, all of which almost never help anyways.

First time go there receptionist very arrogant especially the blown hair aussie lady ....and if you sneeze you straight away been told go ...even though no flu ...never go back there again..And if you need a blood test ,they not ACCEPT ..the reception tell you go to other place .don't waste your time This place SHOULD be close Down .
