Been here twice. The first time I had sprained my finger on a door. The Dr didn't even look at my finger when I sat in his office. He straight away said I needed surgery and that it would cost several thousand dollars and wanted to immediately book me in to see a surgeon. When I indignantly asked him to at least look at my finger before he started booking me in for surgery, he finally looked at me and said my finger would never heal and surgery was my only option. 12 months later my finger is perfectly fine. I was still charged for the appointment but literally walked out with nothing.
The second time I went here, I saw another Dr who seemed lovely however she referred me to two other specialists both of which were closed down. The number the Dr provided me for one of the specialists was to a business who said they have been trying to get the North Sydney medical center to stop referring people to their office as they were not a medical practice. Again I was charged for a services that provided absolutely nothing to me.
My recommendation, avoid this place if you need actual medical advice!

Dr Mary is top notch. She always booked out though so I always usually have to wait a few days before I can get a consult with her. She is really thorough, friendly and makes me feel pretty comfortable.

Have visited Greenwood Medical Centre twice now and could not thank Dr Mary Fouad enough! She really takes her time to explain everything in a warm and engaging manner. So glad I have found her and this practice. The practice itself is extremley clean, modern and friendly. The convenience is great as it is appointment only.

I visited this medical centre close to my work and I was very impressed with the friendly service and efficiency of the staff there. The wait was not very long and the dietian I saw was very attentive and knowledgeable. Very happy, and will definitely be making this practice my regular GP from now on.

Terrible experience at this centre. Avoid this place if you can.
Doctor Anita Alexander was late for 20 mins. Throughout the whole appointment she behaved unprofessionally and gave terrible advice. I was told that she doesn’t want to give out subscription for certain medication because that might make her personal record look ‘bad.’ In the end the centre also charged for overtime.

This medical centre couldn't care less! I went there with severe pain in my wrist on a Friday. First, their reception was so uncomfortable to sit in - direct sunlight - there was no shade, no fan and no air conditioning. Even after taking an appointment, I waited for 30 minutes for the doctor to call me. The doctor examined and asked me to get an X-ray. He said that the X-ray report will be sent to him and he will call me with the next steps.

I got the X-ray done on Saturday morning and the report was sent to him soon after. I waited Monday - no call, called on Tuesday to ask what's the status they said call tomorrow. I called on Wednesday, they said come on Friday. I asked them that I should be given my X-ray report (I already had the film) so I don't have to suffer the pain due to their delay. They put me on hold 4 times, ultimately doing nothing and saying someone will call you.

I don't know what the reason is for such pathetic patient care at this medical centre but I am NEVER going back there again. There are many other options, why should I or you suffer when you don't have to?

Unfortunately my experience was similar to so many others - doctor was abrupt, abrasive and tried to rush me through as quickly as possible. Couldn't be bothered even looking at complaint areas - just took my temperature? Was quite rude when I asked for a medical certificate as I would be late to work that day. Wouldn't recommend it and won't go back.

Dr Antoine Louka is lovely and always very helpful! He's happy to answer as many questions as needed and goes beyond what is required.
The reception staff and nurse Sam are also great!
I would recommend Greenwood Medical Centre.
