Greenslopes House is a great place for those going through hard times and needing somewhere to get back on their feet.
The staff are attentive and lovely. There are support workers roaming around who are willing to help anyone.
There is a nice sense of community within the house, and it has been well maintained

Welcoming, supportive and friendly staff/ support workers that are dedicated to support and assist the residence at Greenslopes house whenever needed. This is a home and shelter to many who experienced hardship, but the staff are always doing their best to assist residence, acknowledging and celebrating the resident's achievements and the little wins.

Disgusting in every way. I fell on hard times and moved in here early this year. "clean and safe" there was a constant poo problem. People would poo in the halls, floor everywhere. There where no toilet doors, they had been ripped off. Staff dont care that there are "Special" folk wandering around covered in their own filth unwashed. The food was the not healthy. powdered milk off meat (that made the whole house sick multiple times) The "medication support" they ignored my drs directions for my meds cause they have a hack dr and a contract with Albion pharmacy on top of all this they charge $800-$900exactly what the pension is it's an evil place to abuse and trap the mentally handicapped and farm money so glad I got out hope this joint gets condemned and burnes down
Hope all the folks in there find a real home and get out of there

Greenslopes house is a great place to stay if you are looking for short / long term shared accomodation only a short drive to the city with easy access to public transport. It has a Clean and welcoming environment with great staff who are always around to lend a hand or have a chat and delicious Food prepared from our chef Daily, Highly reccomend.🙌

Went to visit my son today. He only been there for about a week. No one in charge at front office.A young woman who I assumed was a resident because of casual attire without any professional ID. Asked if I needed any help. She said she Worked there but had no knowledge of my son. Another man a resident showed me my sons room. The hall way floor was extremely dirty with all sorts of rubbish on flat old carpet ..His shared room dark and depressing Dinning room had food stains on the tables Did not see any cleaning done while I was there. Looks nothing like the photo on line.
Can't see $800 per person per fortnight justifyied should be investigated by Authorities

I know of someone that is living here and wouldnt recommend it to anyone with the way it looks. We found out this person went for days without medication before anything was done and it wasnt by a person that worked at the house. We found out tonight that the house is handing out viagra tablets to the people on medication as well. Some of the people who live here have medical needs like diabetics and need people to help care for them but they have no one there to help if something happens. They are severely understaffed and have someone handling class 5 medication that shouldnt be. The medication doesnt appear to be locked away properly. It appears to only be in a cupboard with a lock on it. The crockery is dirty and needs a good clean but they cant even do that. They dont have any food in the cupboards for the people who would need it if they were to have a medical episode. The place is dirty and the lack of hygiene is totally not right. The kitchen is totally putrid. The images on google are misleading and need to be taken down .The worker that was on tonight looked untidy. They dont have the facilities that the it says it has on the google page.

The food is terrible I would sooner eat dog food the place is filthy dirty showers toilets dirty and kitchen
