I was a new patient this clinic yesterday after being advised to go to either emergency or a GP due to very high blood pressure.
My experience from the reception staff to medical staff was immediate and exceptionaI.
I am so grateful for the reassurance I received as I know heart conditions can be serious.
I was given a thorough review, ECG and medications to bring my blood pressure down to a safe level. Fortunately I responded to the medication and I was able to go home.
The calm, skill and kindness at Greens Medical Clinic is amazing. Thank you to the staff! šŸ’œ

Green’s Medical Clinic has been the worst medical experience I’ve had. The staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I had booked an appointment with my regular doctor but was instead made to see a nurse who rushed through a few questions and told me they had to decide if I was ā€œworth seeingā€ before letting me see the doctor. Then I was passed on to a female doctor I never even booked with, who didn’t assess me properly. She asked a couple of quick questions while I stood in the doorway, told me to take Panadol, and sent me home, even though I had been sick with the flu for over two weeks.

On other occasions, the front desk staff were equally rude. I’ve called just to ask about a medical certificate and was spoken to with attitude and even hung up on. I gave this clinic multiple chances, but every visit was worse than the last. I would never go back.

I had a very positive experience today. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bashir was very thorough and listened attentively to my concerns. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel very comfortable. The clinic itself was clean, well-organized, and the whole process, from check-in to check-out, was efficient and smooth. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a friendly, competent, and trustworthy healthcare provider

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the conduct and clinical judgment of Dr Bazel Lodhi, who attended to my daughter during an emergency consultation at The Greens Medical Group, Keysborough, on 14/05/2025.

My daughter had sustained a fall from monkey bars at school, injuring her left wrist, forearm, elbow, and shoulder. She was in visible and significant pain. Dr Lodhi assessed her and, without conducting any imaging initially, confidently declared that the injuries were minor bruises and that there were no fractures or breaks. He was reluctant to order an X-ray, and only did so after persistent concern was expressed.

Throughout the consultation, Dr Lodhi displayed arrogance, dismissiveness, and a lack of empathy. He repeatedly stated that it was ā€œon my conscienceā€ to expose my daughter to radiation, implying that I was being irresponsible for requesting an X-ray. He insisted there was no fracture both before and after viewing the X-ray, and when I expressed concern, he mockingly reiterated that there was ā€œnothing brokenā€ and asked in a humiliating tone whether I wanted another opinion or would prefer to wait for the official radiology report. I chose to wait for the report to ensure my daughter’s safety.

Dr Lodhi’s tone and demeanor were condescending and aggressive, especially when my daughter and I tried to explain how she was feeling. He dismissed her pain and symptoms, and made both of us feel belittled and humiliated. At one point, I told the radiographer that I was uncomfortable with the care we had received and wanted to see another doctor. Dr Lodhi made us feel like we were being unreasonable or ignorant for questioning his judgment.

Two days later, the official radiology report—reviewed by Dr Aiesha Javed and Dr Andy Garfagnini—confirmed an undisplaced cortical fracture involving the dorsal aspect of the distal radial metaphysis. As a result of this misdiagnosis, my daughter required urgent hospital care, including casting and further orthopedic assessment. This delay in appropriate treatment could have led to more serious complications and has caused unnecessary suffering.

I believe Dr Lodhi’s actions constitute clinical negligence, a breach of professional standards, and unethical conduct in patient communication. I request that this matter be thoroughly investigated and that appropriate disciplinary action be considered.

I've been taking my elderly Mum here many times. They always prioritised her and could always find an appointment for her even when I booked it on the same day. I can't comment on other doctors because my experience here is only with Dr.Aiesha Javed. She's very thorough and caring, she always has a clear plan for my mum's treatment. I think it's just her chacracter that she's very quick in everything she does even when she speaks but she never looks annoyed when I ask her to explain more about the treatment or when I ask many questions, she always answers patiently and tries to clear my doubts and concerns. Another positive is they have pathology and radiology in the clinic.

Hi, I visited your clinic this Sunday as a walk-in because I was feeling extremely unwell, with a sore throat, swollen lips, eyesand couldn’t speak properly coz of soar throat. I understand I didn’t have an appointment but the doctor who saw me did not examine me properly Dr Aiesha stood the entire time, asked a few quick questions, and didn’t assess my condition thoroughly, barely give me time to reply to her questions, just gave me some anti allergic tablets and told me to see my regular GP for further consultation. Whole consultation last for 1-2 mins šŸ˜‘. My regular GP wasn’t available that time that’s why I travelled from Pakenham to Dandenong hoping for proper care, but the experience felt unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. I hope this feedback helps improve patient care going forward.

Absolutely the worst experience!
I had booked the appointment beforehand through their website and the had available slots at 5:40
pm and 5:50pm. I took the 5:50pm slot. Went through the online checklist for the registration and they confirmed my slot.
When i arrived at the clinic , they reconfirmed my details and asked to wait. After sometime, Dr. Pranjal Deka called me in and asked whats the issue, i told her about my blood pressure spiking for the last few days around 170/105. She is like this is not an urgent issue, come back tomorrow.
I was totally surprised by her behaviour, I came to a gp for help and she is like ā€œyour problem is not severe, i can’t help you, come tomorrow at regular time.ā€ Okay, I understand it might be not an urgent issue for them but it is urgent for me, why was this not informed or asked when i took the appointment from the website? I went to the receptionist to tell about the misconduct, she came out from her chamber and started saying this is not our problem, we work here. This is absolutely unacceptable. Do not come here because they might think your problem is not urgent.

Absolutely outraged by our experience with Dr. Pranjal Deka. We arrived at the clinic for an appointment we had booked yesterday, as my husband was already unwell with very high blood pressure (170) and difficulty breathing.

We first explained the situation to the receptionist, who was kind and tried to help. Then Dr. Deka came out and took us to her room—but after briefly hearing what my husband was going through, she told us to leave, saying she couldn’t see us because it’s ā€œnot urgent.ā€

We were shocked. A person struggling to breathe with dangerously high BP is not urgent?! Her attitude was cold and dismissive. We came out and asked the receptionist that there was no mention in the booking that 5-10pm should be urgency only! And how come she thinks it’s not urgent! To make matters worse, she was listening opening her door and came out again and said, ā€œWe can’t help you with that. We just work here. You come tomorrow morning!!ā€

This was not only unprofessional, but deeply concerning. At a time when we needed compassion and care, we were met with arrogance and indifference.

Do NOT go here. If you value proper medical treatment and basic respect, stay far away from this clinic.
