Been a patient for over a decade and not once have I left feeling disappointed. All doctors are extremely attentive and spend the time required to provide a full assessment. Extra care is always provided to the elderly which demonstrates the centres priorities. I have referred so many of my family members.

I am usually not a review person but I must share that with y'all I had a very bad toothache this afternoon. Tried calling different places but this clinic was the only place where person front desk actually understood my pain and tried helping me. I have been to the clinic just a few times still Dr Hawi managed to see me without appointment. I am always grateful.

Honestly the receptionists are terrible, and require reeducation on how to schedule appointments or get better software. Because having people wait 1+ hour to see a doctor is criminal, but obviously they’ll let their friends, partners and everyone before you.

Wouldn’t surprise me if the positive reviews on Google and elsewhere are by the same people that push the queue.

Shocking receptionists !!!! I phoned today at 1.30pm to ask for an escript for elderly mother in law. Was told to ring back tomorrow, they were about to close. I check website, closes at 4pm.
I phoned back and asked what time do you close ?, she said 4pm. I said I just phoned you mins ago and you told me that you were about to close, it's 1.30 !! She had no answer for that. Took the details and now they are closed and I have to ring back again tomorrow.
These receptionists lie ALL THE TIME and they NEVER stay open till 4 as the website says. Sometimes closing at 3, wonder if their employer knows
The only people they are nice to are those of the same culture.
Once I had to ring them 26 times, just to get through, they won't answer their phones !!!!

I’ve been dealing with Greenoakes Medical Centre now for over a year, and had nothing but a positive experience. The receptionists and nurse are very friendly, polite and welcoming, and the doctors are amazing …..especially Dr Howi 🙂
