Moved to Alkimos just over 6 months ago and my experience at getting scripts filled here have been the longest waits ever in my lifetime. Last night the wait was so long my husband came in from the car thinking I had collapsed in store or something! When my scripts were finally ready, there was no apology for the wait from the pharmacist. And when served by the young attendant, she knew I was not happy and she apologised for the waiting time, however she did forget to ask if I was a member there, which I am. I have generally found the floor staff friendly and helpful although there seems to be alot of different people working there with a few core staff. This can sometimes affect the kind of service you get. I am in there every 2 weeks or so, but there is no real sense of them knowing you as a regular! I always like to support local business where I can, but, in future I am more likely to travel all the way to Merriwa Pharmacy to fill my scripts there, where you are treated like you are known and waiting times are shorter.

The staff are very patient and wonderful, they are sweet to customers and the pharmacist are quick with their work. The pharmacy is well looked after and always looks beautiful. One of the best pharmacies I have ever been in☺️🤍.

I moved to Alkimos 6/7 weeks ago, I was involved in a MVA last December and have had multiple prescriptions in Greenleaf; Belridge, (who also have the most awesome, friendly team members) next to my last place of work. After a herniated disc in my neck, I couldn’t face the long drive to Beldon; so I went to Greenleaf Alkimos due to it being close to my new home. I handed the script to a lovely man called Campbell; and within minutes he had done my script, called Beldon and arranged for all my prescriptions to be transferred to Alkimos and also noticed that I had reached the threshold on PBS and so my prescriptions were slashed by over $100.

A few weeks later, my doctor prescribed me IR and SR palexia tablets as I’m awaiting an appointment with a spinal surgeon. I handed them in during the day, thinking I’d be home well before 8. I went to visit a family member in a hospital in the city. I suddenly remembered I hadn’t picked up my script. I called the pharmacy and Campbell answered. I explained I needed the medication that night and could he possibly send the scripts back to me as I wouldn’t make it in time to collect them. As he had already processed it all, he couldn’t reverse it. He told me he didn’t mind waiting around for me. I didn’t get to the store until 8.22 so I fully expected Campbell would have left by then…he hadn’t as he knew how much I needed the tablets. He really went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t go without my medications even though it was my own fault for not waiting 5 minutes when I handed the prescription in. All the staff in both branches of stores, are all wonderful, but there aren't many who would have stayed 5 minutes extra never mind 22!

Will who works in the Belridge store delivers amazing customer service, it’s hard to believe he’s still in school, as he is mature beyond his years and knows his job very well. He and Campbell are such a credit to your company.

These Beautiful Girls Know their stuff!! I went looking for a product to stop my husbands snoring and they gave me a nasal spray, OMG it works!! Best sleep we've both had in Ages!! We love going to these girls to get all our Pharmacy needs. We know we're in good hands. Thanks Madi and Ava
