I had a very disappointing experience at Greenfield Park Medical Centre with Dr. Rafi Qoja. He was an hour late, taking 30 minutes to “move his car” and grab coffee, without any apology for the delay.

During the consultation, he made an unprofessional comment about my baby, saying, “Of course, you realise everything is wrong with your first baby,” which was unnecessary and dismissive. I came in with three concerns about my son Aeko, but he only addressed one and brushed off the other two, telling me to discuss them another time. The entire consultation lasted only two minutes, and I felt completely shut down.

While I understand that a runny nose may not be a major concern, my other issues
his eczema and watery eyes, which I suspect may be allergy related were serious, yet they were ignored. I left the appointment feeling unheard and disappointed.

I will not be returning to this clinic, and I regret not being able to see my regular doctor that day. Patients deserve care, attention, and respect, which I did not receive during this visit.

Today I had the worst experience at this medical center. They are not professional at all. We were seen by another doctor, not the one we had scheduled. They did not inform us of anything. The doctor asked us how she could help us and my mom told her that prescriptions are needed. She very rudely replied, “I don’t write prescriptions for pain,” and then asked me why she takes all that. To which I replied, “You have all her records, there you can see what she takes and for what.” I left there very angry. I can’t believe how they treat people. We don’t go to the doctor because we like it. Unfortunately my mom is very sick and we have no other choice. I can’t believe that there is not a good doctor nearby. Now, before making an appointment, you have to ask if the doctor is willing to help the patient and if he can give you pain medication. This is unbelievable!!!! I would like to know where I can report this doctor.

The information staff are very cooperative and welcoming, they are professional and respect for patients and quick response to phone with a smiling face for everyone. Dr. Ashurina is very smart, respectful, humble and smiling and gives every suggestion to help the patient. The nurse has long experience and is cooperative and respectful of the patients.
