The consultants with this medication company are truly amazing. They are compassionate professionals who go above and beyond in every way.
The people are friendly and kind. Always without exception.
A dedicated team that have always, for years now looked after my emotional physical and mental health with admiration and respect. Even at my lowest possible circumstances this group encourage me and instill confidence more so than even some GPs or hospitals in Australia (breaks my heart to recognise or voice, simple fact I have come to acceptance now ). Thank goodness for the reality of genuine health wellness and to be able to purchase the correct medical necessity.

Don't do it. Go somewhere else. Anywhere. If you are sick or in pain, find a more accessible service. About 30% more expensive than anywhere else. Doctors seem good, I was impressed as a medical professional myself but policy prevents the poor staff from running an effective service for patients. Need to inform patients of discontinuation of prescribed medication before they get to the rude pharmacy people. They lock you in and the pharmacies are not able to provide a proper service. The poor girl on the phone. Her job is made impossible.. she is just lovely and so professional. I feel sad the business isn't good enough for her to complete her job.

Brilliant experience, got an appointment quickly and the communication has been fantastic, as I transferred from another clinic. A much wider range of products and the doctor spent more time with me than any other and recommended a variety of items. Very pleased, highly reccomend.

Exceptional and friendly service! Spoke to a wonderful nurse Candice, who connected me with Sandhya, an amazing doctor i chatted with the same day, and to my pharmacist. Approval and medication all within 72 hours. Wide range of products, cheap consultations and extremely well priced medication. Highly recommend.

Booked a follow up appointment for $100 and was hit on the day of my appointment to ask for a full health summary from my local GP when I live remote and their is no GP as they only get fly in fly out doctors. Tried asking the nurse at my local clinic but they had no idea how to do a health summary. Would've been great to be informed of the new extra steps needed before booking my appointment which literally went nowhere because I couldn't get a health summary so it was basically a $100 money grab exercise, don't even know why the doc called me and did the consult anyway considering I can't get a health summary. No doubt I'll have to pay another $100 for a follow up appointment when I can manage to see a GP that can do a health summary. Back to the local drug dealers it is for $50 per gram or less. Definitely really let down by the experience being a somewhat long term Greencare patient, you would think they'd give you some leniency due to the situation. Never again.

Incredibly professional and understanding.

I have been dealing with greencare for the past 2 years and was always happy with the speedy and professional service. The reason why i am writing a review today is simply because they truly went above and beyond. I had a scheduled telehealth and due to some issue i was not available at the prescheduled time. I thought that my appointment is gone and money down the drain.

However, i was plesantly surprised when the nominated healthcare professional took the time and effort to try again at a later point. Truly above and beyond service.
