Terrible experience in greenacre medical center, my baby was having 103 degree fever, despite of that they made me wait for 3 hours. The managment specially on the reception is very very rudee, they only give priority to those who they know. Pleasee requesting everyone who wants to save there time and want to be treated with good care. Don't ever visit this medical center. Worst experince ever....literally hate the reception staff. They don't have manners to speak..

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at Greenacre Medical Centre. Doctors and staff are very unprofessional, with doctors arriving 1–2 hours late and constantly running behind schedule, leading to wait times of 1 to 4 hours!! The receptionists are unresponsive and unhelpful, often ignoring questions and providing little assistance.
Booking an appointment is a nightmare, phone calls go unanswered, and the online booking system is nearly useless since most doctors aren't available for online booking. Even if you manage to book an appointment, they might not actually add you to the schedule when you arrive, you still have to wait for at least 2 hours! They also overbook and squeeze multiple patients into single appointment slots, which only worsens the delays.
I had a blood test done here too and was left with a massive bruise for weeks because the pathologist rushed the procedure due to being behind schedule. The overall lack of professionalism, poor time management, and disregard for patient care make visits stressful and frustrating.

I visited Greenacre Medical center with my daughter yesterday due to a cut on her finger around 4:00 pm Despite two or three doctors being available, the receptionist was extremely rude and refused to let a doctor quickly check the injury. She told me to wait for an hour or take her to the hospital. Their lack of compassion and abrupt dismissal was disappointing, and I ended up taking her to the hospital. Very disappointed with the cold treatment received at this center."

Drs are amazing but receptionists unprofessional and don’t know how to treat patients.

This place has got to be the worst medical centre ever.

What is the point of booking you in for a time if a doctor is going to see you 4-5 hours later !!!

I’m so over this place , everything about this place is horrible .

If I could give it 0 stars I would, the wait times are terrible. Need to wait at least 2-3 hours after your appointment. Such slow and unprofessional service. Do not come here

I have no idea, why the management hiring receptionists who do not know anything.

Rang them today and aksed for one of their service. She said rang again tomorrow ask the girl. So I asked, aren’t you the receptionist? But you don’t know anything. And she mumbled and hang up the phone on me.

Pathetic management!! They turned me away saying that i was late 7 minutes, on my next appointment they made me wait for 1 hour 30mins.

No doubt that Doctor herself is very kind and offers the best support but the management really needs to work on their behaviour and time management.
