Not sure about past reviews but my son (10) was sick and our usual GP was on holidays. Booking over the phone and completing the new forms the ladies have been nothing but awesome. Dr was awesome as well. Explained everything simply and we got in quite quick.

I've recently moved to the area and a first time mum. I wanted to see a doc for my 13 month old son who is coughing however when i called was advised that they are not taking on new patients.

How and where am I suppose to seek help in the local area when a medical practice is not accepting new patients?

No empathy or compassion from the receptionist.

Absolutely apalled at the reception of this practice! I am a caseworker for Indigenous families. When trying to book a mental health care plan for one of my clients, I was told that "the doctor doesnt want to waste his time with him" because he had missed previous appointments. People have the right to access medical care whether they have missed a previous appointment or not. I am absolutely disgusted with this attitude and I will not be recommending this service for any future clients.

Please note this review is for is for Dr Ikram NOT the medical centre, the rest of the staff are fantastic. Dr Ikram wasn't really interested in hearing what I had to say during the consultation, very rude and pretty much dismissed everything I said. It felt like her attitude was " I'm the doctor I know best" As I said the rest of the staff are fantastic.

Firstly the lady on the phone was super rude, wasn’t helpful at all. Told her what’s wrong with my kids and she ended up saying she’s fully booked after she said she can fit us in today. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone with kids,

Most of the doctors at the practice are great and never had any issues with reception. One of the doctors (Dr Ikram) is condescending, dismissive and rude - does not make you feel comfortable going there. If you are going to go to that practice do not see her

The Receptionist are friendly and helpful and professional.

Doctors are not very personal but knowledgeable and you don't feel rushed out like some other Doctors. I do like the Doctor I got, the only thing is that the Doctors there aren't always there, which is sometimes annoying because I'd like to see the same Doctor if possible.
