At the end of 2022 I was preparing my body for major surgery. I turned to Tara seeking her support pre and post surgery to allow my body to be in the best place for a successful outcome.

Since jumping in with Tara at the end
of June 2021 I have learnt so much about hormone health and I feel that I now understand my body and what it needs.
