We have received such expert and caring medical advice from this urgent care. The staff are thoughtful and respectful. This was my first visit to an Urgent Care Clinic. It exceeded my expectations! Both the nurse and doctors examined my wound and patched it up, I also had a tetanus shot. I was in and out of the clinic within 15 minutes. Fantastic service!

Came in on a Monday evening seeking treatment advice and a med cert for school sport for my child who’d sprained their ankle playing school sport on the weekend. The clinical team at the green square urgent care clinic were super helpful and thorough. No wait. Couldn’t be happier.

Only just found out about this place after my son was injured at school and no local GPs had any same-day appointments (they never do!) The clinic is small, located in the back of an existing medical centre. We were seen quickly, triaged by the nurse and then treated by an attentive doctor. He conducted a thorough exam and did not make us feel rushed or like we were just a number in a queue. The whole appointment was bulk billed, and a letter was sent back to our regular GP for records. It’s a walk-in service and we were in and out in under an hour. Such a helpful service when you can’t get into your regular doctor and you can’t face or don’t need the hospital! I would definitely go back if we need urgent care again.

It was my first visit to Green Square clinic. My daughter had received good care there but I was a bit reluctant to go to a ‘free’ medical centre
I was treated within 30 minutes of arrival early on a Sunday morning.The staff were so kind and professional. My ear complaint was diagnosed and dealt with and a note of the condition forwarded to my regular GP
As a retired doctor I have nothing but praise for this clinic which accepts Medicare and does not charge extra.

I have been to Green Square Urgent Care a couple of times now and they provide a great service. I have never had to wait long to be seen (we're talking less than 15 minutes) and the nurses and doctors I've met have been professional and kind. A really wonderful alternative to Emergency for those slightly less urgent things.
