I recently changed my provider to Green Life and honestly I’ve never been happier! Fantastic customer service, due diligence by the GP and catered to my needs. Don’t think twice these guys are amazing I highly recommend them!

I paid $99 for a medical cannabis consultation with Green Life Clinics, and it was a complete waste. I was told to sign a consent form agreeing to the doctor’s advice before even seeing them — which makes a mockery of informed consent.

I was also assured I could access my prescribed medication locally, but after the appointment, I was left to "call around pharmacies myself", with zero help or follow-up. They knew I was living remotely and couldn’t accept postage, yet still took my money and issued a script I couldn’t fill.

When I complained, they refused a refund and deflected all responsibility. No genuine duty of care, no accountability — just a slick operation designed to protect themselves, not the patient. Be warned.

They claim everything was in the agreement, but that’s not true. The terms only mention that you might not get the prescription on the same day which is totally reasonable. What they don’t clearly explain is that you’re not allowed to access the Greens clinic unless you’ve already failed treatment with a GP. They only reveal that after you’ve paid. Then they refuse to refund you. Really disappointing experience.

Horrible experience, I will never go back there. I am writing on behalf of my partner Garreth. I had my first consultation with Dr. We had a good chat and he discussed medication options during the meeting. After the meeting the reception staff asked me to wait for my script. I waited more than an hour. I was getting a bit frustrated from the waiting so I asked the reception if my script is ready. She told me it was ready the moment the meeting was done. However, i never thought anything of it, considered it a mistake and went home. The second visit i had was today. Firstly, the script did not reflect the discussed options mentioned during the meeting. Being a new customer, I had a few questions regarding this mistake. The server was very rude. I did not say anything and went to the reception to address my issues having considered they probably the server is having a bad day etc. I went to the reception to address my concerns. They shut me down too. I am not going to mention names due to their privacy. But will never come back there again. I really wish we people treat each other with respect and love. However, I realise that i am a customer paying money to get my health better. So good customer care is not too much to ask for. Especially if it's a professional health care environment.

Have had only great experiences since moving across to green life clinic.
Have only had 2 issues which were quickly attended to by staff. I feel the staff all know what they are doing and this shows in their work.

Top notch simple and easy customer service. So far less then 2minute wait times to have my call answered. Postage is 100% on point! 100% satisfied with my experience so far and from order time to delivery was 1day. I couldn't be more impressed with how quick and easy this process has been for me, ill be spreading the word.
