Honestly this is the worst medical centre in whole of Western sydney. I have never experienced such poor service from anyone or anywhere. I went in there twice and have been rejected to see a doctor on both occasions. I went in there today with breathing difficulties and needing urgent attention as I had chest pain. The receptionist turned me away and simply said it's by appointment only. I guess you have to guess that ur going to have chest pains from beforehand and make an appointment then? The receptionist is very rude lazy and not punctual at all. I reccomend you go to another medical centre near by.

i had a really lovely visit here today! everyone that i encountered — sharon the receptionist, the nurse that took my vitals, the lady that did my blood test, and dr harding — made my experience as a first time patience really smooth sailing. everyone was very kind, and i felt comfortable and cared for. this will probably be my go to medical centre now!

I didn’t realise in order to see a doctor I had to tell the receptionist everything I needed to see the doctor for first. In the middle of the waiting room. I made the appointment with HotDoc and opted out of the option to explain the reason for my visit.

After I was seated, the same receptionist calls over to me from across the room ‘do you have a cough or fever or a runny nose?’.

They also have no doors in the patient rooms and my husband noted he heard the entire consult from where he was sitting in the waiting area.

If I wasn’t desperate to see a doctor on a Sunday, I would’ve walked out the instant the receptionist had the audacity to ask why I was there.

The doctor I saw was Gallardo and as soon as I sat down, she asked ‘so what do you what?’.

So unprofessional. So rude. I can’t believe this establishment is still in business.

The doctors in this practice should retire especially Harding. I don’t normally post reviews but in this case, I had to. If you are considering to go to this centre please I’m begging you, DO NOT. I went there in my most vulnerable state and Harding was the most condescending person ever! Makes me wonder how on earth this person became a doctor! She’s rude, belittling, lacks empathy & compassion. I ended up feeling much worse! I went there months ago but I’m still fuming! I ended up telling all my friends & family NEVER to go back there! Thankfully I found another doctor who is more understanding, professional & compassionate, the complete opposite of Harding! I really hope this person will retire soon & will not ever talk to other patients even in her retirement to spare other people feeling worse & alone. So yeah Harding please do something else other than being a GP, you are such a disgrace to the noble profession!

I feel the need to warn people about how disgusting the behaviour of these doctors are, specifically Dr Gallordo and Dr Harding.

Dr Gallordo rushed me and my young children in the room asking what the problem was. As I’m explaining she interrupts me and asks if my daughter has taken a COVID test to which I said no. She then yells out to the receptionist lady asking her to do the Covid test. While we’re doing that, she proceeds to call another patient in the room. We then get the results back and now waiting to see the doctor again. Dr Gallordo finishes with the patient and comes out of her room and yells “who’s next?”. I then say “are you going to see my daughter?” She looks at me and says “no you need to wait for the results” (very rudely) to which I said “it came back negative”. So she takes me and my kids back in the room to finish. All while I’m explaining the symptoms, she’s not paying no attention to me or my daughter instead she is too busy rushing to type everything on the computer. After me desperately needing help for my 3 yo she then tells me there’s nothing she can do and if I’m worried to go to the hospital. My overall experience with her was she didn’t care about the patients, she just seemed as if she wanted to hurry up and finish the day. She was very very rude also!

Dr Harding is also very rude and doesn’t help at all! She had to look up on Google what my daughter might’ve had but she wasn’t sure. I had to go and seek another doctors opinion from a different area to which he was able to tell me straight away.
Another time I visited Dr Harding, she got angry and frustrated at my 3 yo daughter for crying and being scared to take her stitches out. Worst experience of my life and my 3 yo is now traumatised of every doctors clinic ever since. So thanks Dr Harding for traumatising my daughter ?

However the receptionist lady’s are very nice! They work their butts off and you often hear the doctors yelling out to them to grab them something etc very rudely. They don’t deserve to put up with how the doctors treat them!

Will never attend this doctors again and I highly recommend you do not go here.

Would love to know who I can talk too to have these doctors fired!

Dr Harding and Dr De Vera have been great when I’ve come in to see them. My issue has always been with the receptionist, my first call always rings out, I always have to ring twice. Every time I speak to Diane she’s very dismissive, doesn’t want to work with me when finding an appointment, even if I’ve suggested a far date to give them time (1-2 weeks in advance) she’ll say no that doesn’t work, she’ll go through earlier dates that I’ve said doesn’t work and ends up saying okay the date you first mention works ok bye, and I always have to ask what time will my appointment be and who I’m seeing before she hangs up, she’ll constantly try to get me off the phone as fast as possible without even confirming all the details of my appointment.

This is where my family goes to see our doctor. Doctor Gonzaga is a caring and passionate doctor. She goes the extra mile to meet you where you at. She is thorough and professional.

More blessings to the whole practice!

I just want to warn patients like myself who are at their most vulnerable state to not allow a medical officer to belittle them and doubt their perspective of pain and feelings of depression. I encountered 2 unprofessional doctors from this facility and I don’t normally drop names but now I just feel compelled to. Their names are Harding and Gallardo.

Harding was the person I consulted in regards to my depression and suicidal ideation at the time. All I asked was to get referral and instead of empathy, I received the most disgusting behaviour! Harding questioned my reasons behind depression and made me feel like my feelings were invalid and that I was lying about it. I have been suffering from PTSD as a child and so depression was not new to me. At the time of the consultation, I was in a very rough patch so I was glad that I recognised it immediately and sought help. I almost did something outrageous after I walked out of that room if it wasn’t for my family and friends’ help.

Gallardo, on another note was worse. She made me feel like I had to lie about my condition just to get a medical certificate. I was still explaining my signs and symptoms when she interrupted me and asked “So you just want a medical certificate huh?” And before I was about to respond she proceeded with “Just tell me how many days!”. I didn’t get a consultation only for that matter, I genuinely wanted to know what was wrong with me hence I was telling in details but she is so freaking rude like she was wasting her time listening to me. Shes lucky I was unwell at that time and I regret not putting her into her place.

I hope this will reach them and maybe change their attitude and start treating ALL their patients with dignity and respect regardless of their status in life not because of how they look.
