I went to get my vaccine here and it was a horrible experience.
Firstly, no one was allowed to go into the clinic and the vaccines were being administered outside on the street. I understand there are Covid protocols but it was cold outside and there is zero patient privacy.

Secondly, there was no explanation or disinfection of my arm before the jab. The doctor just came out with the needle ready to jab it in my arm. The needle was already out of its protective wrapping and I have no idea where it came from. When I asked her if she could clean my arm first, she rolled her eyes and asked me if I was ready for the shot. I shouldn’t be made to feel stupid for asking for a basic hygiene request.

I understand that doctors are busy at the moment but that doesn’t mean that they should ignore basic patient care. I know there are other places nearby to get your AstraZeneca shots, I now wish I had chosen one of those places. If I could rate zero stars, I would.

Dr Hui Hang is thorough, polite and very knowledgeable. She also does acupuncture and can help lower your blood pressure, inflammation and arthritis all through the use of needles. I was wowed.

Handsdown the best doctor in Ashfield. Dr Hui Huang is amazing and so thorough. Nice people at the front desk and a toilet in the waiting room. Not far from the Ashfield train station also.
