Dr Goel has to be the nicest Doctor there. He is friendly and approachable and has been looking after me for many years. No complaints. There is also a receptionist named Jess. She is friendly and helpful and always has a great smile. She makes you feel welcome everytime.

Worst place I've ever been! Absolutely useless and to top it off someone hit my car in the car park and of course their outside cameras don't work. Would not recommend at all.

Absolutely disgusting! Forced me to stand in the foyer (sliding doors) because I was not covid-vaccinated. Segregated because of my personal choice. Shame on you 'GPAxis". Everyone in the waiting room were coughing and spluttering, yet I was the threat? Shame on you GPAxis, now Grand Medical Smithfield. Farce!

From first entering Grand Medical Smithfield practice I was put at ease by the friendly front desk staff that greeted me for my appointment.
The wait time to my appointment was minimal.
I am very pleased with the respect and care that was taken during treatment by the nurse who attended me for medical treatment.
I also would highly recommend Dr Trang Luu at Grand Medical Smithfield for treating my ongoing health issues and for giving good practical health advice.
Dr Luu treated me with a high level of care and showed his interest in me as a patient.
He also showed his wide knowledge of my ongoing health issues and I had any questions answered by the end of my visit.
I also like the way the staff and doctor made me comfortable during my visit as a patient which makes it a better experience when I am not feeling my best because of health issues.
