I tried booking a Telehealth appointment today as I have been there before and have Covid and am post surgery, he tried stating that my file was not there despite me knowing full well I had been to the medical Center back in march after I had my baby. Awful customer service and hung up on me telling me to go to my normal gp when this is the only one I’ve been to. Absolutely awful for someone stuck at home with no medical support post surgery and absolutely no problem solving was offered or support around the fact that HE could not find my file. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

0 people skills.

If you aren't accepting walk ins it needs to be clearly communicated via a website, social media platforms, Google business profile so people are informed and aren't wasting time.

They Have horribly advertising, as I'm standing there waiting 20 minutes for someone to just come and see what I wanted I tell them my newborn who is three months has a blocked nose and I am concerned and they tell me they can not help so doctors aren't actually put here helping patients they do what they what when they want on their own time no impressed will be telling everyone I know jot to come here couldn't even help my child

Dr Nahid is a great doctor and I’m glad to have her as my GP but her receptionist needs to be changed honestly, he is so rude and communication/people skills are zero making it unpleasant.. Also the nurse is very lovely and friendly

The person who picked up the phone told me that they are not taking any new patients, only treating people who have been there before. But he offered no explanation. The doctor came recommended so I tried to bring my son there for check-up. Without asking anything regarding the health issue, age, symptoms, he flatly said “no non-regular clients”. It should be posted at their door, their Google profile everywhere. Go to hell!
